Terms of sale
Last updated: [TO COMPLETE: date]
1. Seller and scope
These terms apply to every purchase of a Solead licence on this website. The seller is [TO COMPLETE: name or company name], [TO COMPLETE: registered address], enterprise number [TO COMPLETE: 0xxx.xxx.xxx], VAT number [TO COMPLETE: BE0xxx.xxx.xxx], email [email protected] (“we”). By completing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Product
Solead is software for Windows 10 (version 1903 or later) and Windows 11, 64-bit, delivered as a download with a licence. Its main features are described on the features page; check the requirements before buying.
Licence: [TO COMPLETE: what one licence covers: number of computers or installations, duration, updates included]. The software remains our property; you receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use it.
3. Price
The price is shown in euros, VAT included, on the pricing page. It is a one-time payment, without subscription. The price shown at the time of your order applies.
4. Order and payment
You order through a secure Stripe payment page. Payment is made by bank card or by any other method Stripe offers in your country. The contract is concluded once the payment is confirmed. Stripe sends you a receipt by email.
5. Delivery
We send the download link and your licence by email to the address given at checkout, [TO COMPLETE: delivery time, e.g. within one working day]. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and contact us.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, starting on the day the contract is concluded.
However, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once its supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law; Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). At checkout you are asked to give this consent and acknowledgement before paying. We confirm it in the email that delivers Solead.
If you did not give this consent, you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, by sending us a clear statement by email (for example using the model form below). We will refund you within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method. You must then stop using Solead and delete it.

7. Legal guarantee
As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770 as transposed into Belgian law). If Solead does not work as described, contact us: we will bring it into conformity or, failing that, reduce the price or refund you.
8. Liability
Solead is a performance tool. Test your setup before every gig and keep backups of your audio files. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Personal data
See our privacy policy.
10. Complaints and disputes
Contact us first at [email protected]. If we cannot find a solution together, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be). These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
